I’m a Senior UX Copywriter and Content Strategist based in North Carolina. Currently, I work for Experian, where I’m the sole copywriter for our new D2C product, the Experian Smart Money™ Digital Checking Account & Debit Card that helps users “build credit without the debt.” (I came up with that line, and I’m pretty proud of it—catch Travis Kelce saying it in our Superbowl commercial).

I’ve also worked at Wayfair as a product description writer and Bread Financial as a UX copywriter.

At Wayfair, I wrote for both specialty retail and exclusive brands including AllModern ("the best of modern, priced for real-life"), Joss & Main ("stylish designs to discover daily"), and a wide variety of exclusive brands including Kelly Clarkson Home.

At Bread Financial, I wrote and managed the content and content matrices for digital assets including servicing and transactional websites (Account Center and Payment Help Center), native apps, Point of Sale applications, and new capabilities (EasyPay and SelectCheckout). I’ve worked cross-functionally to create content related to personal loans and debt consolidation, written responses for a customer-facing Chatbot, and visible and ADA-accessible content for the internal Comenity Business Center.

In my spare time, I am a potter, I lift weights, and I collect plants, coffee mugs, and first edition novels. I’m working on my first book, and I’ve previously written plays, musicals, and an opera. My partner works for James Beard award-winning chef Ashley Christensen, and we live outside of Raleigh with our 2 dogs, Goose and Luna.
